Symptoms

Remedies
- Peppermint tea: Place 1/2 ounce dried peppermint leaves in a 1-quart jar. Fill two-thirds of the jar with boiling water, and steep for fives minutes (you can inhale the steam for added benefit). Let cool, strain, sweeten if desired, and drink.
- Honey: Consume a teaspoon or more of raw, unprocessed local honey from as close to where you actually live as possible. Do this one or more times a day.
- Refreshing citrus drink: Squeeze the juice from the lemon and oranges and chill for several hours. Stir in the honey, add some ice cubes, and drink daily.
- Red onion water: Thinly slice the lemon and add it to the water. Allow it to infuse for 8-12 hours before drinking 1-2 times daily.
